Definitions

In these Terms, “SeoWrite”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean DEVITGROUP LTD. The “Services” means the SeoWrite platform and all related websites, applications, AI content-generation features and APIs we make available to you. The “Agreement” means these Terms of Service together with all policies and agreements incorporated by reference, including our Refund & Cancellation Policy, our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Data Processing Agreement.

Payments and Subscriptions

SeoWrite offers paid subscription plans and pay-as-you-go credit top-ups (“Credits”). Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Polar Software Inc., which acts as reseller of SeoWrite and is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable VAT and sales taxes and for processing refunds. Polar appears as the merchant on your payment statement.

Your cancellation rights, the digital-services right-to-cancel waiver, and our Credit refund and expiry terms are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms or the Agreement excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including either party’s liability to data subjects under Article 82 of the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Data Processing

Where you use SeoWrite on behalf of an organisation and we process personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Agreement forms part of, and is incorporated by reference into, these Terms.

AI-Generated Content

SeoWrite uses third-party artificial intelligence services, including Anthropic Claude and OpenAI GPT-4o, to generate content on your behalf.

Ownership: You retain ownership of all content generated through your SeoWrite account, subject to the usage policies of our AI service providers.

Accuracy and responsibility: AI-generated content is provided as a starting point for your review. DEVITGROUP LTD does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, originality, or fitness for any particular purpose of any AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying content before publishing or using it commercially.

Provider policies: Your use of AI features is subject to the usage policies of Anthropic and OpenAI. You agree not to use SeoWrite to generate content that would violate those policies.

AI disclosure: Where required by applicable law, including the EU AI Act, content generated using AI features may carry a machine-readable AI-generated marker.
