Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and explains how subscriptions, pay-as-you-go credits (“Credits”), cancellations and refunds work on SeoWrite, operated by DEVITGROUP LTD.

How payments and refunds are processed

Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Polar Software Inc., which acts as reseller of SeoWrite and is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable VAT and sales taxes and for processing any refunds. Polar appears as the merchant on your payment statement. Where a refund is due, it is issued through the merchant of record to your original payment method.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges will be made. You keep access to your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Right to cancel — digital-services waiver

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel a digital service. By completing a purchase on SeoWrite, you expressly request that the service begins immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the service has begun or, in the case of Credits, once any Credits have been applied to your account. This does not affect your statutory rights where the service is faulty or not as described.

Credits — refunds and expiry

Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused pay-as-you-go Credits may be refundable within 14 days of purchase where no Credits from that top-up have been applied; once any Credits have been used, that top-up is treated as a delivered, consumed digital service and is non-refundable. Subscription Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle; pay-as-you-go Credits expire 12 months after purchase.

How to request a refund

Eligible pay-as-you-go top-ups can be refunded self-service from the billing portal while they remain unused. For anything else, contact [email protected] and we will review your request in line with this policy and your statutory rights.
