Report Illegal Content

SeoWrite (operated by DEVITGROUP LTD) stores content on behalf of its users and is therefore a hosting service under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA). If you believe that a specific item of content stored on SeoWrite is illegal, you can notify us using the mechanism below, in line with Article 16 of the DSA. Anyone — any individual or entity — may submit a notice.

How to submit a notice

Email [email protected] with the subject line “DSA illegal-content report”. So that we can assess your report, please include:

• a clear explanation of why you consider the content to be illegal, including the law you believe it breaches;
• the exact electronic location of the content (for example, the URL) or a precise description that lets us find it;
• your name and email address — except where the notice concerns an offence referred to in Articles 3 to 7 of Directive 2011/93/EU (child sexual abuse material), for which you may report without providing these; and
• a statement confirming your good-faith belief that the information in the notice is accurate and complete.

What happens next

We will confirm receipt of your notice without undue delay and review it in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary and objective manner, taking any action required by law. Where you have provided your contact details, we will notify you of our decision and provide a statement of reasons for any action taken in respect of the content, together with information on the available means of redress, as required by Article 17 of the DSA.
